1.      Cancellations and lateness

It is required to provide us with minimum 24h notice to cancel or change the scheduled appointment. Failing to do so, will cause your deposit and session being irretrievable. All bookings made within 24h fall under the same conditions explained above.

In case of being late for the appointment, we may shorten your appointment. This is due to the fact, that we aim to run our services in a timely manner and to prevent lateness of next sessions.

2.      Booking requirements

All our new clients are required to book a compulsory consultation and patch test appointment. This is not a binding visit. If you will decide to proceed with the treatment, a £50 deposit is required. This amount will be later deducted from the full price of a booked package. 3.     Refunds

Refunds can be issued when the medical condition of the patient could contradict with the laser hair removal treatments, and this is confirmed by a doctor. We require a doctor’s confirmation letter to be provided. All refund requests must be emailed to hello@elitelaserandbeautyclinic.co.uk.

4.      Deposits

If you decide to book the 1st session, £50 deposit will be taken on the initial consultation appointment. The deposit will be later deducted from the full price of the chosen package. It is reasoned by securing time of the upcoming appointment.

5.      Age restrictions

Due to the safety of our clients, the minimum age that allows you to proceed with the laser hair removal is 18. Potential 16-17yo clients must provide a doctor’s approval letter and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the whole length of each appointment.

6.      Children

Elite Laser and Beauty Clinic doesn’t allow children to be left in the waiting area unsupervised by the parent or guardian. We cannot take the responsibility of the possible outcome of children being unaccompanied. For safety reasons children are not allowed in the treatment room during the sessions.

7.      Pets

Due to the hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed in the Elite Laser and Beauty Clinic, except for guide dogs.

8.      Vouchers and promotions

All offers and vouchers are limited and end on the exact date mentioned on the poster/story/post on social media and cannot be split between more than one client. Offers cannot be used simultaneously with other promos or vouchers. All promotional products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or cashed. Purchased vouchers must be presented to the practitioner on the day of the treatment.
